What are our typical turnaround times?
Our quotations usually take around 48 hours, while artwork completion times vary from 48 to 72 hours. For standard products like Woven Labels, Printed Labels, Hang Tags, and Heat Transfers, you can expect a turnaround of 5 to 7 days. Specialized items such as Packaging, Rubber, Decorative Labels, and those involving unique techniques generally require 9 to 12 business days.
Can I approve my artwork and sample board via email?
Absolutely! You can simply scan and email us the signed artwork and sample board for approval.
We don't have a trim designer. Can your team create artwork for us free of charge?
Yes, indeed. Our design department offers complimentary services to all our customers. You’ll have the chance to review and approve your label artwork before we proceed to production.
Is it necessary to provide fabric/fiber content to any type/technique for heat transfers or for developing samples?
Yes, it’s essential. Our quotations, ink formula, and testing are all based on the fiber content of the fabrics provided.
How do I ordering labels?
Once your artwork/sample is approved, simply submit your production order using the approved sample code. Our sales representative will then provide you with a delivery estimate within 1-2 business days.
What is minimum order quantity?
For Woven Labels, Printed Labels, Hang Tags, Heat Transfer Labels, Rubber Labels and Packaging the minimum order quantity is 1,000 units. For other specialties, please consult your sales representative. If your total order doesn’t meet the minimum amount of US$100, the minimum quantities won’t apply.
